Parrot was created as a side-project of mine to ease the development of the client that had a web service component; which wasn't accessible during development.

I am making Parrot, my very first open source project, available to the public with the BSD license, in hopes that it will help other folks with their projects. While it is doing what I wanted out of it, and it is fairly stable, Parrot is still a work-in-progress.
